Package Ownership Guarantee

The sender has the right to confirm that the package has been submitted to JNE by the sender. Sender assures that he is the owner of the package.

Also, the sender gives confirmation that the package accepts the rules set by DRS. Senders justify that the package submitted to JNE is not prohibited.

The sender accepts responsibility for all losses and damages to the package. The Sender and JNE agree on terms, in which the sender agrees to protect the parcel.

Also, the sender has the responsibility to confirm the package details and content, including the sender's and receiver’s information.
