JNE - JNE Tiki, known as PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir is an Indonesian express delivery organization. At present, it is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. It offers cargo service (package and delivery services) via JNE Cargo or JNE Trucking.

JNE, or JNE Express, is an Indonesian company that provides shipment of documents or goods. The largest homegrown company was created by H. SOEPRAPTO SUPARNO in 1990. Initially, it was set up for customs clearance, but it has expanded to other logistics domains.

JNE frequently collaborates with large online businesses. It employs over 40,000 workers. JNE Express manages about 6,000 locations for delivery service. It operates over 5000 international service locations. For the last 3 years, it has been one of the best choices for large businesses.

Cash Basis and Postpaid Payment System:

The cash basis is the payment system used at the start of the delivery service, while the postpaid payment system is an alternative to the Cash basis. It offers a Pay Later Payment service for users.

Sender & Receiver:

A sender is a JNE Service user who delivers the package (Documents or Goods) to the Receivers. In comparison, the receiver is the recipient of the package from the sender.

Connote:

Also known as a Consignment Note. A Connote is a transaction sheet that is composed of sender and receiver details. It includes the complete shipment information.

Calendar day VS Working Days:

Calendar day includes both Religious and National holidays. It includes all the days of the year (from Monday to Sunday) and holidays.

While Working days include days from Monday to Friday. Weekend days (Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays) are excluded from the working days.

Delivery Tariff:

Delivery tariff is compulsory while sending documents or goods. JNE sets a delivery tariff for the senders. Tariffs should be funded by the sender to JNE for delivery services.
