JNE Prohibited Package

Prohibited Packages will not be accepted by JNE as described in the Delivery Requirement Standard (DRS).

JNE will not accept any harmful or Prohibited packages that violate the laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.

JNE denies packages, including harmful or flammable items, immoral items, cash orders, payment orders, cash cheques, firearms, narcotics, gold, weapons, psychotropics, giro cheques, and other damaging or injurious items that do not comply with the regulations.

SENDER tries to ensure that the packages reach the receiver without any fault caused by the sender.

JNE is responsible for taking action after being aware of any loss, damage, or violation of the package.
