JNE Package Checking

While fulfilling the JNE delivery service,

JNE checks the package agreement provided by the sender. It checks the details and content of the package. It checks whether the package is appropriate.

JNE Express rejects the package if the package violates the rules and regulations of the JNE terms and conditions.

JNE has the right to reject a package if its packaging is inappropriate or if the package content details are not accurate as provided by the sender. JNE denies the package if it is involved in the wrong purposes.

When sending the package, the sender has the right to include details of both the sender and the receiver, such as name, address, email, district, village, or other contact information.

In case of any damage or loss, the sender will be responsible for that loss or damage. The sender must check the package before submitting it to JNE.
