JNE Express sets delivery tariffs for the senders in DRS.

When sending documents or goods, the sender has the duty to pay a tariff (fee) to JNE. JNE has the right to receive a tariff for delivery services.

Tariff will be based on the delivery service, package, and destination.

JNE Insurance

It is recommended by JNE that the sender has the duty to protect or insure the package, or if it is valuable, or if it costs 10 times more.

The calculation of the packages' insurance cost and compensation is written in separate documents. These are not included in the DRS statement.

JNE provides insurance to the sender in accordance with the sender's information to JNE in writing.
